Justin S. Dross
"YES, ITS ABOUT BEING AGGRESSIVE AND PASSIONATE -- AND EVERYONE LIKES TO BELIEVE THAT THEIR LAWYER IS A PIT BULL, AND TRUST ME, I CAN BITE -- BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY ITS REALLY ABOUT FORESIGHT AND PREPARATION, AND ORCHESTRATING THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULT FOR EVERY CASE. IN REALITY, THERE ARE VERY FEW SHORT CUTS. NOBODY WILL OUT PLAN ME, NOBODY WILL OUT PREPARE ME."
Justin Dross joined his father's law firm, Dross, Levenstein, Perilman & Kopstein, right out of law school in 1993. With all of the other lawyers in the firm having at least 15 years of experience, he was fortunate to be taken under the wing of his father, Irving Dross (1937-2005), a prominent litigation and trial attorney, and the other partners, and to receive extraordinary experience during his early years of practice. Far ahead of the average young attorney, Justin Dross was serving as sole counsel in civil jury trials by the end of his first year in practice.
He rapidly rose through the ranks of the personal injury and general litigation fields and carved out a reputation for diligent and meticulous work in very difficult personal injury cases. In 1998 and 1999, his 5th and 6th year in practice, he was the number one producer of fees amoung all of the lawyers in the firm, and became a full partner at the end of 1999.
He resigned from Dross, Levenstein, Perilman & Kopstein in July of 2006 and opened The Law Offices of Justin S. Dross, LLC. Today, with nearly 15 years of experience, he is a seasoned litigation and trial attorney with a true passion for representing injured people. He has conducted more than 50 jury trials, and over 100 bench trials, arbitrations and mediations in numerous areas of personal injury, general litgation and criminal defense.
